Digital Products (Licenses / Software)
Software licenses, activation keys, and digital products are typically sent via email within a few minutes after payment is confirmed. During peak periods, this may take up to 24 hours.
Physical Products
- Your orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, depending on stock availability.
- Delivery is completed within 2–5 business days via our contracted shipping carrier.
- Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount; the current threshold is displayed on the cart page.
Delivery Address and Tracking
Products are delivered to the address you provided during checkout. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
