Distance Selling Agreement

Seller and buyer rights and obligations under the Distance Contracts Regulation.

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES

BUYER: The customer who placed the order, whose information is specified in the order form.

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT MATTER

The subject matter of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product/service, whose characteristics and sales price are specified on the order page, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 - PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION RELATED TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price (including VAT), payment method, and delivery information for the product/service are listed on the order page and on the invoice.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

The BUYER declares that they have read and are aware of the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, and delivery, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically. The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER, provided that the delivery does not exceed the statutory 30-day period.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product in question, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. It is sufficient to submit the notice of withdrawal in writing to the info@wpplus.com.tr email address. For products consisting of digital content and licenses, the right of withdrawal may be exercised before performance begins; for digital products where performance has begun with the BUYER’s consent, the right of withdrawal ceases (Regulation, Art. 15).

ARTICLE 6 - EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for software customized for an individual, digital content delivered immediately, or licensed products whose packaging has been opened or installation has been performed with the BUYER’s consent.

ARTICLE 7 - RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the event of any disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Boards shall have jurisdiction for amounts up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade; for amounts exceeding this value, the Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
